Its a very bad news for all the indian payoneer card user, as per the instruction of RESERVE BANK OF INDIA , payoneer debit cards has been banned from all local transaction, the same was happened with PAYPAL and other companies. its recommended by payoneer that no use the card until its fixed up, which means there is a probability that the ban will be removed by RBI,
however i think local withdraw is still available , so if you have money in your payoneer account then go to your nearer ATM and flush out your all money.
